Xiaomi has always been known for their best UI when it comes to smartphones. Xiaomi are popular for providing the smoothest, reliable, lag free and stable ROMs for their smartphones.

 Recently Xiaomi announced MIUI 9 in China. The stable version of MIUI 9 will be launched in India on 2nd November 2017. It is rumoured that Redmi Note 4 will recieve the Update first.

  • Multiwindow feature(Known as Split Screen):
Multitasking to the next level. Well,  Multiwindow feature came as a stock Nougat Feature. But on phones with other ROMs this feature would come along with the ROMs Updates. This feature would allow you to use 2 apps simultaneously by splitting the screen into 2 equal parts.
We can even customise the size of each app in split screen.



  • Image Search Feature:
All will be excited about this feature which allows you to search anything just using a image.


  • Quick Switch Between Apps
Users will be able to switch between the most recently used apps using the Recent touch capacitive bottons. This a another stock android feature. Slowly Xiaomi is moving towards getting all features the Stock Android devices have.


  • Faster Performance
When MIUI 9 was compared with MIUI 8, it was found that MIUI 9 was much faster in RAM management.Now Apps load much faster then previously.Apps Loading when compared with MI A1 which is Stock android devices was almost very close



  • Quick Reply from Notification Bar
All apps that provide quick reply from notification will be supported by MIUI 9. While some implementations were done in MIUI 8.5 update which all Redmi Note 4 users received recently  
  • Whole Lot of Changes on the Home screen and much more minor changes.
